After my HSC exams, one question that kept coming to my mind was what was I going to do as a career? Finding an answer to this wasn’t an easy task.
After struggling with a wide range of options for a while, I finally had a vague idea of what I wanted to explore at university. I was still quite unsure until one day I went to the OVEC Education Fair where I was warmly welcomed by Mrs. Dorish Chitson who truly was of great help. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement on the prospect of earning a scholarship, I felt confident in exploring the various options which were there for me to grab. I was given the opportunity to meet representatives of universities from across the world and after pleasant discussions with them I finally made up my mind as to my choice of career and the country where I wanted to pursue my studies.
I was delighted to hear shortly after that I was being accepted at the universities I had applied for with a partial scholarship offer. I have to say that all the merit goes to Mrs. Dorish Chitson and the OVEC staff – I would also like to give a special thanks to Ms. Ashna, who made the whole application process so much smoother. Once again I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to them all for their support and advice.
I wish them all the very best in their endeavour to help students with their future career and would recommend students to seek OVEC for guidance.
