My name is Delmay Lavigilante and I’m heading for Monash University, Australia, next month to pursue a bachelor in engineering (civil). It was only in August 2014, after I had received my forecast results, that I dropped by the OVEC office in Moka to start my applications. The OVEC Staff member Dipeeka proved to be a fantastic mediator between the universities I have applied to and me. She offered assistance every step of the way and gave me useful advice. Taking into account to what I wanted to study and where, she suggested to me several institutions and helped me with the application and scholarship process. I was impressed by the dedicated, professional and proactive staff who kept me abreast of any progress by sending me prompt emails. Once I obtained my unconditional offers, I was also guided through the VISA process and was put in touch with other Mauritian students in Australia. It is easy to feel lost when one tries to apply online for universities alone. There are terms with which one may not be acquainted, complicated web pages containing too much information and a large number of certified documents which are required. OVEC spares you all the headaches and hassles. I would definitely recommend OVEC to any student who is eager to study in a prestigious university abroad.
